Turen opp var beregnet p\u00e5 cirka 8 timer, men da bilen sluttet \u00e5 g\u00e5 for tredje gang visste vi at ankomsten var flyttet til etter solnedgang. Av og til bar det til bazaren eller til andre siden av dalen for \u00e5 f\u00e5 inn litt mobildata til det mest n\u00f8dvendige, som for eksempel \u00e5 gi livstegn til familie og venner hjemme i Norge. Vi blir tatt godt vare p\u00e5 uavhengig av hvor tilgjengelig resten av verden er, og det er Phulkumaris fortjeneste. Vi fikk m\u00f8te mennesker som tidligere har v\u00e6rt sukumbasi, alts\u00e5 jordl\u00f8se. I praksis betyr det \u00e5 v\u00e6re jordl\u00f8s at man ikke har noen rettigheter, og i verste fall kan man bli papirl\u00f8s. Vi har nemlig rukket \u00e5 v\u00e6re med i et par bryllup.
